"Pretty decent value"

I was actually impressed with the delivery updates. They kept me in the loop the whole way, so I didn’t have to chase anyone or wonder where my order was. It arrived right when they said it would too. Maybe they’ve just got a really good tracking system behind the scenes, because it all felt very smooth.

"Refund process has been really frustrating"
I sent my return back and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. It feels like I’m the one having to deal with the hassle even though I already did my part. I don’t think it should take this long, and it’s disappointing.

"Easy to Use, Even If Checkout Was a Little Slow"
The site was easy to use. I found the chair I wanted without having to dig around forever, which I appreciated. Checkout was a little slow on my phone, but it wasn’t some huge deal or anything. Overall, it was simple, not confusing, and I’d use it again.

"Actually had it in stock"
i mean, I’d been trying to find this chair everywhere and it seemed to be sold out on every other site. Twentytwentyone showed it as available, so I took a chance and ordered. The whole process was easy, and thankfully the stock info was accurate. it’s just nice when a website actually has what it says it has. I’d definitely use them again...
